The Écomusée du fier monde, together local stakeholders, is tasked with identifying heritage features that are particularly representative of the neighbourhood and significant for its community. Once identified, the designated features are then made part of the Écomusée’s collection. The collection includes both tangible and intangible elements: existing and sometimes bygone buildings, people, events, practices, traditions, expressions, places, landscapes, etc.
